When I am running there are two rules. Two rules and two rules only.
1. If you honk, shout encouragement and/or sing "you've lost that loving feeling," you earn instant friend status.
2. If you holler "PICK UP THE PACE" or any similarly disparaging phrases, you automatically get the bird. No hesitation. No questions asked. You get the bird.
